We trust that you enjoy our wines and stand by the quality of our wines and our shipments are carefully inspected before despatch. Never the less if a product is deemed to be faulty then returns will be accepted. Returns cannot be accepted on the basis of not liking the wine. All claims must be notified within seven days of receipt of the wine by email, so that we can arrange return and where appropriate exchange or refund. All wines should be returned as near as practicable to their original condition, with postage and insurance costs paid by the buyer.
